食用料理步驟:

1. 先將鱻活一號松葉蟹鉗從冷凍退冰。

退冰方式:

流水退冰:不拆掉包裝將鱻活一號松葉蟹鉗放置常溫水鍋中,水必須淹過食材,同時並以常溫水不斷注入,約20分鐘會達到常溫解凍狀態。

冷藏退冰:在食用前一天,不拆掉包裝將放置冰箱冷藏一晚即可。

2. 撒點鹽後,放入電鍋後,一杯水蒸熱即可。
