食用料理步驟:
1. 先將深海龍虎斑-魚煲湯從冷凍退冰。
退冰方式:
●流水退冰:不拆掉包裝將深海龍虎斑-魚煲湯放置常溫水鍋中,水必須淹過食材,同時並以常溫水不斷注入,約20分鐘會達到常溫解凍狀態。
●冷藏退冰:在食用前一天,不拆掉包裝將放置冰箱冷藏一晚即可。
2. 煮一小鍋水,不拆包裝袋隔水加熱深海龍虎斑-魚煲湯。
3. 約15分鐘後即可上桌。
4. 亦可加入薑絲或蔥花香氣更濃郁。
