食用料理步驟:

1. 先將龍虎斑-川味椒麻從冷凍退冰。

退冰方式:

流水退冰:不拆掉包裝將龍膽石斑-頭骨丁龍虎斑-川味椒麻放置常溫水鍋中,水必須淹過食材,同時並以常溫水不斷注入,約20分鐘會達到常溫解凍狀態。

冷藏退冰:在食用前一天,不拆掉包裝將放置冰箱冷藏一晚即可。

2. 將龍虎斑-川味椒麻連同袋子隔水加熱

3. 約煮5分鐘即可,也可以使用電鍋加熱。
