石斑魚不僅味道鮮美、少刺、肉細緻厚實,營養價值也十分豐富。其蛋白質含量高,脂肪含量較一般肉類低,除含人體代謝所必需的氨基酸外,還擁有多種無機鹽、鐵、鈣、磷以及Omega-3脂肪酸等營養素。

正確解凍方式

1.從冷凍庫將魚肉拿出後,直接放入常溫的水裡(自來水打開的溫度)浸泡30分鐘解凍(視魚體大小或不同魚種,解凍時間也不同),隔水解凍真空袋請勿拆開,以免空氣或因淡水接觸到魚肉讓美味流失。

2.從冷凍庫將魚肉拿出後,擺放至冷藏區緩解凍,確定魚肉軟化後,再拆開真空袋料理。
